Police say they’ve arrested a Louisville attorney for driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to a police report obtained by Fox 41 News, Matthew R. McCubbins was arrested late Thursday night after he was allegedly involved in a two-vehicle accident in the 2200 block of Winston Ave. in Louisville, Ky. The officer filling out the report wrote that McCubbins was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes, as well as a strong smell of alcohol on his person.
