The Arena Authority Board announced Monday morning that not only will the new KFC Yum! Center open early, it could also open under budget.

Close to a million dollars hasn’t been used yet out of $11 million set aside for the project. Arena Authority Chairman Jim Host says, “I became convinced this morning that I could bet the farm now to the fact that we have enough money to finish. Even if something happens, we’ve got enough money to finish.”
